Three Major Broadcasters Begin Mobile Distribution in Africa: BBC, VOA and RFI Now Available on any Mobile Device in Liberia and Guinea

Washington, DC (USA), Monrovia, (Liberia), and Conackry, (Guinea)--AudioNow announced today that British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Voice of America (VOA), and Radio France Internationale (RFI) have made their live and prerecorded content available to mobile listeners throughout Guinea and Liberia on AudioNow's proprietary mobile radio platform beginning August 1st . The service is hosted on the Cellcom mobile network. Listeners can access these broadcasters simply by dialing a local number. Cellcom subscribers also have the option of calling "short access codes" which are available at a reduced flat rate.
