AudioNow recognizes that broadcaster content is protected by copyright and other IP laws. That's why AudioNow's policy is to structure its software, service and specific requirements for registered users of the service in order to honor and respect these legal protections of content. Our listeners stream their favorite stations for their personal use but when they can't be in front of their favorite device, they rely on Audionow. Therefore, registered users are required to agree to the following condition:

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOFTWARE AND USE OF THE AUDIONOW SERVICE WILL BE USED SOLELY FOR YOUR OWN PRIVATE AND PERSONAL PURPOSES, AND YOU WILL NOT PUBLICLY SHOW OR LET OTHERS LISTEN TO ANY CONTENT THEY LISTEN TO OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED PARTY ANY CONTENT DELIVERED THROUGH THE SOFTWARE OR BY AUDIONOW.
